So, long story short. I went to Popeye's (a Canadian supplement store) and got myself the usual protein and creatine. Since my purchase was over 75$ I got a complimentary jar of BCAA's (see picture below). Now, I've never taken BCAA's before and I've been taking this complimentary one for a little over a week now, and I don't know if I'm imagining, if it's psychological or just wishful seeing, but I honestly see a relatively big difference in the mirror.
Is this just psychological or is it seriously possible that these BCAA's have had an affect on my body and aesthetics.
