your quad muscles are some of the biggest in your body, so basically, train legs for bigger overall gains. also since its a large muscle, training them can be decent cardio too.
sloots love shredded calves, don't let anyone tell you otherwise
every man knows this, for plenty of everyday lifts for practical purposes, you lift with your legs. don't be the dude who's upper body is jacked up but his legs start shaking or break your back when you help your buddy lift his new washer+dryer unit off the ground.
