You are not 11% bf and yes you should care about excess weight gain while bulking. You don't have the deathbv or aube genetics to dirty bulk. You're wasting time because your body is limited to muscle growth over a period of time. You are not gaining 5 lbs of muscle a week if you're putting on 5 lbs a week. You're going to get to 200 lbs with that mentality and realize you look shittier than you did before then have to put that much more effort and time to cut back down and attempt it properly.

Once again, you do not need 725g of carbs a day.

you should imo, ime, go more like 80g f / 200g pro minimum / rest carb .. no reason not to eat excess protein. maybe it won't all be utilized by the body for muscle repair/gain, but it is less likely to be stored by your body for energy.. gluconeogenesis is a thing but doesn't mean it all will convert

I understand that, I'm only looking to gain 1lb/week. What macros would u give me then?

E/ there's no way i im over 12% bf (thats the bf h start seeing abs right?) I have a defined 6pack and obliquues

Whats the reason for 200g protein?? I wasnt gaining at 4,350 kcals for nearly a month before i increased gradually to 4950 i thoufht maybe my macroa had a part in that?

Lol you can see abs at 18+% bf. Just depends on genetics

dude, please up your protein and your fat lol i'm not a fuckin scientist but i bet you notice a difference between 120g pro and 200+ g pro.. and not just in your farts lol.

also, have you eaten 600g+ of cho before? a lot of carbs can cause people to feel sluggish/lethargic

/e bf means shit man cut/bulk til you're content.
