No option to go in the morning; gym opens at 9.

At 1800-2000 it's very busy with regulars cramping up my space, after 2000 people drop off and I got free space to do my thing.

Over 9000 is the key

I work 7am-5pm I go before work, wake up at around 4:30am feela good, no energy left after work = shitty workouts

No such thing as a "9-5" job where I live. Here work usually starts 7:30-3:30pm or 8:00-4:00 pm. or even 7 to 3pm. No one works past 4pm in this country

No fucking way would I ever go to the gym in the morning, even if I wanted to - most gyms aren't open that early so I'd have to find a 24/7 gym.


I'm a student with roughly 10 hours lectures/week but I still go to school from 11 am to 6pm every day and train from 6 to 8pm.

When I work during the summer (7 am to 3 pm) I'd go to the gym straight after work so that I didn't have to make two trips and so that I could relax the rest of the evening.

no one in the way when i want to do a compound lift, and less distractions.

Gym at work - during work hours

This is actually pissing me off fucking up my sleep schedule cuz i hate that 5-7pm rush so i end up waiting til 9-10. end up sleeping at like 1am
