I enjoy long as breaks. Usually get told off when I train with casuals for resting so long.
I'd estimate its usually around the two minute mark for isolation exercises and easily 3-4 and even 5+ minutes for heavy ass compound lifts

Sometimes just move from 1 exercise to the next, creating a cycle of 10s rests.
Other times spend a few mins between sets, depends what I'm doing and how I feel at the time.

that's not enough rest between sets you aren't going hard enough

Trust me, I am. If I'm cycling 3-4 exercises, moving from 1 to the next, hitting different muscles - the others are resting more than a minute.
