Obliques are like 90% diet and 10% training. For the training part you could chose exercises like windshield wipers to target them. (Great all round core exercise imo)

assuming you're already lean, bicycle crunches.

i fucking love my obliques lol. had to train them hard to avoid getting rekt by body shots
