Overhead squats are the king of pointing out flaws in your mobility, so don't get discouraged by not being able to perform them flawlessly. Instead, notice the parts you have issues with, and correct them with mobility work & stretches. Check out this video from one of the best Oly Lifters in Canada (not Omar). He has some great tips. He makes it seems so easy :lol:

The arch is needed for performing ohs? I thought I should be straight...
