pretty much the solution
if you dislike being at the gym, you can do something quick in and out at high intensity for around 30 minutes and it'll be much better than anything you can do at home
thinking something like a 2 day split if u dont want to go too often
upper: bench press, dips, pullups or lat pulldown, rows
lower: squat, deadlift, overhead press
something simple that can get u far and work your whole body
