well I couldn't make it because I can't workout alone, I don't have a gym buddy because most of my friends that are into working out do calisthenics.

LOLOL can't work out alone. Get your ass up and find your own motivation. You shouldn't NEED someone else there, in order for you to work out.. smh

pretty much the solution

if you dislike being at the gym, you can do something quick in and out at high intensity for around 30 minutes and it'll be much better than anything you can do at home

thinking something like a 2 day split if u dont want to go too often

upper: bench press, dips, pullups or lat pulldown, rows

lower: squat, deadlift, overhead press

something simple that can get u far and work your whole body

How the fuck is it possible to be so broke you can't afford a gym membership? Do you live in Congo? Zimbabwe?

Geez I'm a student living on my own yet I'd rather pay $100/month for a preferred gym membership than $20/month for a gym that I don't like as much just to save myself $80 dollars per month.

Get your ass to the gym. If you're in the US you can probably get memberships for like 10 bucks a month

Depends on your definition of "in shape". Everyone is telling you to get a gym membership because that is what is effective.

If you want to lose some weight that can be done through diet.

If you want to work your heart, go outside and run.

If you are looking to build muscle get a fuckin gym membership. Doing loads of push ups and sit ups is just going to let you do more push ups and sit ups. It is a waste of time.

for simple weightloss you dont necessarily need to go to the gym, thougj it would help with preserving muscle mass. If you wanna gain muscle then the gym is probably the most efficient way. If you just wanna be in good shape performance wise calisthenics are alright.

get a few 2L bottles of soda, put it in a bag, and bicep curl them.

got a dog, cat, little sister, garden gnome? bench press it
