nope, but for example kale is pretty close in terms of completeness, you gotta eat it with something like brown rice to get all aminos though

these aren't dense proteins like OP asks for, but still, healthy af.

it doesnt even matter if kale really is complete or incomplete, or if u know the difference, which apparently u dont

1 cup of kale is around 3 grams of protein, barely worth logging, unless u eat at least 5 cups a day.

makes slight difference, not much though

and ur still a fool, editing ur others comments and then responding to urself multiple times.... i dont even know how to respond to some1 like that?

also pretty close to completeness, still IS NOT complete.... could be missing just 1 amino acid needed, and guess what? its still incomplete....
