it doesnt hurt as much if i try to slide it

for sure hurts alot when i poke it

i have not had any open skin there that i know of

Pain indicates inflammation, its either a sebacious cyst or ingrown hair. Nontender enlarged lymph nodes are a concern. Redness, localized warmth,itching, pain/tenderness are good prognostc factors.

very tender and painful, hurts sometimes when moving arm against side of body, cause near armpit

not red, and i dont think it feels warmer than normal, and does not itch.

its hard, and i think it can move a bit

get it checked out bro, i've had lymphnodes showing for awhile but don't hurt.. doc said if they hurt / are tender, or start to show like yours, get them checked.
