5lbs a week, thats nice.. what are your lifts looking like right now?
Curls started at 12.5 , now at 20
Deadlift started at 75, doing 95 now
Bench press started at 15 lbs per arm , now at 30
Triceps pull down started at 30 , now at 50
Leg press started at 140, now leg is 190
Calf raise started at 180 , Doing 260 now
5th week in gym mode.
Some excersizes have bigger gains than others .
