the time of day you work out at and the hydration you obtain are very minor factors... id be more worried about feeling sick/constipated more so than effects on muscle growth lol'
as long as you are drinking a reasonable amount (several glasses of fluid per day) and sleeping until you feel adequately rested (usually 6-9 hours depending on the person...for some it is even less) then you should be fine
you may be working out "too much" but unless your muscles are showing signs of it, i wouldnt worry... if you want to gain weight, eat more - you can supplement additional calories from protein ideally.
follow a reasonable routine and work out schedule and improve diet to see changes in weight - many people dont need to lift until they simply cant lift any more :) but do what you think works
I really try to let my muscles rest sufficiently, even if I have to go an extra day or two without lifting; this weekend for instance I worked 3x 15 hour shifts, I'm beat so I have not worked out since Thursday(Mon now). It's not as much that I want to gain weight or change my look just as much as the fact that I thought(seemingly ignorantly) that I should expect more physical results than I have seen, my lifts have gone up and in reality my desire is only to be beastly strong; aesthetics are not as important to me other than just defining the chest a little bit just because like I said people in my family are "bird chested".

Genetics has a lot to do with it and it's all what your goal is. I envy that the shortest male in your family is 6'2". Most, such as myself wish to even be near that. From what it seems, you would be an endomorph and this is genetic.
First off, I have always ruled it as 1g/1lb bodyweight with consumption of protein. To bulk considerably, then 1.5g/1lb. Your eating patterns will have to change as well.
My theory for your lack of pump after exercise is a simple plateau incorporated with over-training. It's time to mix up different routines and potentially increase the weight. Let me know what your plan is regarding gain or loss. Doing both might not be the best option for your body type.
Like I said, J thought I should expect more results but I guess perhaps I was mistaken and mislead just by what I see on TV infomercials, work-out DVDs, extra; I'm guessing realistically you do not get super ripped in 90 days if you are just power lifting alone and not doing massive cardio/calisthenics and dieting appropriately. I thought perhaps my genetics or one of the other factors listed were drastically holding me back from comparable results. It is not really as much important to me. Also the height thing is not that great, ever hit your head on a fucking chandelier? That shit sucks!
Thank you also for protein input, I had been given pretty much the same numbers by a friend of mine a few years ago and I try to go by that but a little affirmation is nice. I have been making a point since I made this post to at least start my day off with a protein shake or a healthy breakfast if I do feel the appetite, I have been working to change. I also do believe that although overworking is not a problem, working the same exercises is and I have been/will be trying to work in different exercises for sure; even different types of exercises like compound versus isolation, etc. I don't care so much about weight gain/loss; I really want to be strong!(without getting actually fat though, body fat is fine but I'm not down with obesity)

if mass and aesthetics is what you're truly concerned about, you'll never tell by looking in the mirror. take progress photos a few months apart from each other.
building muscle and a good physique is a really slow process. nothing's necessarily wrong with your routine, but you might just be impatient :P
Kind of addressed this in other replies but I still appreciate the input, helps build a better understanding.

god has bestowed this fellow with god-like base but guy is not even in the nba or nfl
work ethic not even once
I have had major surgery on my right leg and also I broke my collar bone and it was never set properly; I'm in no shape to play professional sports. I do train martial arts pretty heavily but I can't even kick above the knee with my right leg, which is the only place I need to kick ^_^
Also, I noticed a lot of you mentioned me losing weight; I did lose like 20~lbs pretty quick when I started lifting but I have slowly put back on about 10 of it just to say, I don't know what that means.
Also the "god" base thing is tough to chew, I get a little envious that shorter people seem to be able to put up so much more weight at least on the bench and also they seem to get super ripped/swole easily because they have less muscle area. I am kind of strong in certain types of exercise, Ive always done heavy curls and my military/overhead press is as much as some of my friends who have been lifting for yeeeaaars.
I noticed some of you seem to be flaming and I do not appreciate that but I do appreciate people offer input/advice or otherwise at least being supportive, thank you :-)
