a lot of will power. I am a skinny fat starting at 19.1% bf. Keto made me go to 16.5% in 2weeks. I just want to lose fat fast and get to 9-10% bf so i can start clean bulking and getting strong while building muscle and inevitable fat. then get to 15% and rinse and repeat

e/ also i put the non-keto guide there too for people that don't wanna starve and be miserable

For Breakfast - Cereal + raw almonds with almond milk

Throughout the day because I'll mostly be at work - a banana, a granola bar, a rice cake, yogurt + oats + berries

For dinner - Baked chicken, brown rice, and brocolli or corn

An orange for a snack after dinner.

I loved keto, I gave it a go and it was pretty tought first week, but I felt great after that so much energy etc but sundays (after carbup I felt pretty sluggish and had weird mood swings, cuz of that i don't think I'll do keto for my next cut. But i do.like to try everything and find out what works best for my body
