More importantly, why are you deadlifting? Deadlift is the most overrated exercise and has no benefit. In fact, deadlifting heavy is down right dangerous and dumb.

I just googled Gym's in your area and there are at least 5 in close proximity to your gym and 20~ in the city.

according to owner if ur average walmart dweller was offered a klondike bar to do 1 jumping jack the whole gym goes fubar..
do u workout in a rundown crackhouse? id try to find another place.

It seems like i fuck up my back every time, but thats probably from bad form.

im not sure about overrated and no benefit, lower back is a really important functional muscle. but i agree about deadlifting heavy, for dls i always go light weight and high volume

Light weight high volume is the ONLY way to do deadlifts! !
