More importantly, why are you deadlifting? Deadlift is the most overrated exercise and has no benefit. In fact, deadlifting heavy is down right dangerous and dumb.
im not sure about overrated and no benefit, lower back is a really important functional muscle. but i agree about deadlifting heavy, for dls i always go light weight and high volume
