if your already lean reduce overall carbs for further chiseling or try ckd
caloric deficit
do abs in sets heavy weights 3 times a week after regular routine.
keep ur weight training intense (dont stop what u are doing and modify to light weight and more reps or something. however if u want something different you can try 12 10 8 6 rep scheme increasing weight each time. even 5x5) and take bcaas to prevent muscle wasting
hiit cardio post workout 20 mins (yes m-f too)
rest on Sundays completey
8 hrs of sleep a night
