wouldn't recommend this

the first whey powder i ever bought was some walmart stuff, tasted very bad and would never mix up fully, no matter how much i blended it. also saw they have that green arnold whey, which somebody posted a link that said it doesn't contain as much protein as the nutrition facts say.

/e i feel like i must spell this out; i have not done a laboratory based nutritional analysis of the arnold whey myself. but its walmart, they're not known for quality.

gnc wheyabolic 60 (50 bucks at gnc if u have membership for 20g servings (1 scoop) of 51 per container) - don't take 3 scoops like it says. waste. 1.5-2 is good depending on your goals/weight
NOW whey isolate 5lbs (60 bucks on amazon for 25g servings (1 scoop) of 81 per container)

I'll second this unless you're looking to bulk. Taking 1 scoop of this provides 20g protien, with VERY FEW carbs/calories/calories from fat. Sometimes GNC puts the bag version of it on a buy 1 get 1 half off sale, which gives you quite a few servings at a good price.

whole foods will always be a more valuable source of nutrition than powders and pills, for obvious reasons. there's a lot more to it than "eat this macro to this number". for example, i don't think i need to explain how getting your macros from fast food vs getting your macros from healthy foods differ.

but whey is reasonably cheap per serving and is super convenient.

 wow. where did i remotely hint at walmart choosing their product ingredients? nowhere. i said the proteins available to buy at walmart are crap. it's that simple, work on your comprehension.

sorry that backfired so badly on you, champ. sit the fuck down. better luck next time.

oh, but u do need to explain......

oh but u cannot explain? can u?

and what the fuk, where do u get off on saying people to sit down? because u made a troglodyte comment about walmart, and he made u take a seat, and then crawl on ur knees?

u did NOT say the products available at walmart are crap.... u said walmart is not known for quality, as if its their own protein, learn to WRITE
