yeah maybe a bit high in sugar if like 75% of food is twinkies, cake, cookies, hamburgers, pizza, etc.

basically asking if it can be healthy to do a dirty bulk and/or dirty cut? or would this really fuk u in the long run?
Sometimes I run dirty bulks to help smash plateaus temporarily. I personally never dirty cut. I follow bf% method. 8-10% clean bulk til 12%. At 12% dirty bulk to 15%. At 15% cut to 8-10%. Long run, no idea but dirty bulking is useful in its place imo.
