i think i wore them for 15-20 min a day for 2 weeks? something like that. they didnt make my teeth pure white, but they were def less yellow

my strips only covered up to incisors, and helped maybe 1/2 of this pic in tint terms

smile big as fuck when you go tanning, makes teeth even more white

or as others have said swish hydrogen peroxide around pre-brush
