I'm addicted to pre-workouts, currently using Redline Whiteheat, not healthy.
Ingredients:Theacrine: (related to caffeine)
At this moment in time, theacrine looks interesting due to being one of a few compounds to be involved in adenosine signalling but not enough research exists to pinpoint where it
may or may not be useful as a supplement.
Evodia:
Chemicals contained in evodia might have several effects in the body. They might decrease pain and swelling (inflammation), decrease diarrhea, decrease blood pressure, stimulate the heart, and have many other effects. But these effects have only been shown in animals.
There is not enough information to know if evodia has these effects in people.Yohimbe:
Yohimbe contains a chemical called yohimbine which
can increase blood flow and nerve impulses to the penis or vagina. It also helps counteract the sexual side effects of certain medications used for depression.
Caffeine Anhydrous:
Caffeine works by stimulating the central nervous system (CNS), heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure. Caffeine can
raise blood pressure, but might not have this effect in people who use it all the time. Caffeine can also act like a “water pill” that increases urine flow. But again, it may not have this effect in people who use caffeine regularly. Also, drinking caffeine during moderate exercise is not likely to cause dehydration.
Essentially, they're just caffeine supplements, which boost blood flow - giving you more energy.
