ya you forgot to put text in the title box at 1:50, i need to know what that exercise is called and how to perform it pls

appreciate the feedback man, my friend was ethiopian size when we had started out and I was a fat kid. I've spent 3 years in the gym and countless hours learning online about nutrition and programming, read plenty of books
on powerlifting and hypertrophy and such, so I'm actually pretty confident in my ability to give advice! you can only make gains so fast but knowledge can be gained much faster

yup exactly then day 6 and 7 are rest.
we train abs on lower body days and I do HIIT once in a while on rest days or after a workout as I'm on a cut

obviously application of knowledge is important too but I've spent countless hours listening to podcasts, reading, watching videos etc over the last few years. there's only so much you can try and experiment with in the gym in that amount of time however
