appreciate the feedback man, my friend was ethiopian size when we had started out and I was a fat kid. I've spent 3 years in the gym and countless hours learning online about nutrition and programming, read plenty of books
on powerlifting and hypertrophy and such, so I'm actually pretty confident in my ability to give advice! you can only make gains so fast but knowledge can be gained much faster

and fixate your back on seated rows, this isn't a seated deadlift.
those are the two main red flags
sounds good thanks for the feedback man! I think we get too carried away with performing on these videos and toss form aside a little bit but we'll work on it!
