Used to be part of this club... for reps and sets.
Switch job duties.
Sleep 3-4 hours twice a day due to school and shit work schedule.
Slack at gym. aka didn't go
No longer sure if I'm even part of the 3 plate bench club.

Gj OP. I'll see you there again soon.

Not really tbh...I've had alot more on my plate. It's just how the work/school hours fall. Work 6 hours a day. Go to school. However, my hours at work are 1 am to 7 am. I have a class at night that I have to take to graduate next semester and I don't get home from it til 8. So, I split my sleep schedule.

But, 4 + 4 hours of sleep =/= 8 hours of straight sleep or anything close. I'm so fawkin tired all the time.

Edit: To make matters worse, I would just sleep during the day and get 8 straight hours, but one of my other classes is at 1 and its an hour drive to that campus. So, my schedule varies so much by day. Some nights I stay up all night. Others, I go to bed at 4 pm. My schedule just blows big 'ol dicks.

that sounds unbelievably shitty.

I doubt you're so tired just because of the split 4/4 sleep and more from having such an inconsistent sleep schedule to begin with. If you did 4/4 but were able to sleep at the same times each day you'd get used to it. Inconsistency is the worst when it comes to sleep.

pr'd yesterday and banged out 315 for 1, without a spot, full rom.

felt good, got my 5 plate dl, 4 plate squat milestones like 2 years ago, and finally my 3 plate bench yesterday.

and it was fairly easy, I didn't bother going heavier but I felt like I had another 10-15 lbs to add.

sitting at 210 right now.
bigger and stronger then ever, and I'm fairly lean as well.

enjoy my csb

haha, not csb material as far as i'm concerned. it's always a great feeling to hit a goal. grats dude, nice work.

Most of the people on this subforum are steroid free. Here's a compilation of their pictures: http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=56611683&f=60
