Bananas are nearly the same as pure sugar
Sugar is okay post workout and in the morning, however copious consumption may lead to diabetes.
Too much potassium, can lead to heart issues.
An inch of banana = 1MeQ of potassium
I would prefer you substitute with other carbohydrates.
Preparing brown rice and whole wheat pasta in bulk is very easy and keeps for a week in the fridge.

Cut back on the bananas, there's no way you need that much sugar, eat a banana or two with some strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc..
