what was your routine like? did you do isolated or compouind lifts mostly?

im doing sl 5x5 atm and im not sure if i should add in isolated exercies to my workouts too

i was doing doing both

for exemple on a chest day i would do

bench press
incline
cable flys
machine press
cable cross over

and on back i would :
DL
t bar row
barbell row
dumbell row
lat pulldown

alwasy do a superset for each muscle group

and my routine was changing evrey 2 weeks
