so after i got dumped by my ex, i decided to take myself in charge in term of bodybuilding
trained super hard , did a bunch of cardio and weight lifting , was beeing really carefull with my diet evrey single day
im 6foot tall and 22yr old

now :
bench : 225 x 6
squat 275 x 6
dl 275 x 6
i feel better with myself, more confident, strong and better looking, thank you health and fitness!
