Ehh up to you, won't affect much.

As far as PWO goes I just use coffee, it's cheap and easy. If you insist on using PWO you can make your own for as little as 0.60 per serving http://www.bulksupplements.com/

c4 > Jack3d > 1MR (those are the ones I've tried).

I've used coffee before, i just get feel like i get so dehydrated haha. But i guess it's the same as the others (almost)

I'm no expert but I'm glad your off the illegal stuff. But honestly you can't expect those same results - at least the same speed anymore. My personal 2 cents again I'm not expert - but just keep going with the positive mind set and don't get discouraged, use your motivation (family) as your willpower and you will see results 100% confident, at least by next year if you really stick to it. I am not a proponent of giving a "when" you will see results - but I think you got this. What you are doing now is great and on the right track. Macros > Micros but some good micros are what pretty much everyone said. Mutlivitamin, D, Fish oil or omega 3-6-9 good fats in general, and bcaa

Thanks. I will check it out. I'm not familar with diet lingo such as TDEE and Macros.

What about the L-carnatine and L-arganine? Should I keep taking them?
What about pre-workout such as Jack3d? Too soon? I feel un-motivated when I lift.... It sucks haha.

Yeah you can stop with the carnitine and and arginine... use the JACK3D if you want to (fuck the easy way) but it won't have effects forever - so do what motivates you

you can also eat beef lol... just make sure it is lean to keep the calories down

the pain you experience will likely decrease as you continue training and after more weight loss has been achieved.

I lift VERY hard using pyramid technique so i can gain my strength back.

this could be one reason for your pain - be careful to use proper form and reasonable weight... you're not going to gain massive amounts of strength in one day -- it takes motivation that lasts my friend.

My main concern is that some of them(Like Jack3d) contain Creatine, should this concern me?

nah man, you said you previously took steroids right? This is like the same thing yo.. shit is h4rdc0r3 mangg
but seriously, they are fine - just follow the instructions on the bottle and stay adequately hydrated.

Also take a look at the stickied guides. Good info in there, especially Trainees Handbook.

Alan also disregarded the prone-to-be-overweight class in his book and has an even lower cals multiplier. Ask him directly, I think it's 8-9X

I think another thing I'm not used to is actually working out Clean, meaning I do not take drugs anymore. I used to smoke an 1/8 of weed a day after I served. I would literally chief down 2 fatty bowls in the bong in 2 hits then go blast the gym for like 3 hours.
I'm 3 years clean now and it's great. But working out is just not the same... at all...

I'm going to continue to do this.
I'm assuming no one here would reccomend using anyshortcuts? I heard positive things about bioMuscle XR.

I guess my biggest fear is just doing what I did in the past, I use "enhancers" and workout extremely hard, get great results. THEN slack off and gain it all back again.
I will read that book you suggested lance, maybe that will give me more insight.

Living a healthy lifestyle is a life long goal, no shortcuts.

You'll be much more grateful of your accomplishments without shortcuts.
