I train hard and ive made noticeable gains in the past month but that could jus be cuz i was lacking.
/e also ive never really felt fatigued or sore the next day (unless i take a few days off) or any other signs of OT.. i also get plenty of rest.

I really only find time for the DB press maybe once a week i train chest and tris same day and usually dont have time.
