I eat decent food and as long as that scale stays over 185 I couldn't give a shit.

And some other random junk, can't remember my other meals it was over 6 months ago when this took place.

It was prolly only 6-9k calories still, nothing compared to that dude.

Lol I don't cut down Cuz I realize I'm fat. I'm not an insecure fagboy like u who obsesses over his stomach. I pre plan my bulls and cuts. I say I'm gonna bulk for 8 months, I'm gonna bulk for eight months. I'm gonna do so at 3300 calores a day. However fat I get is how fat I get.

Same for my cut, I'm gonna cut for half the time I bulked. 4 months. At 2000-2300 calories, how much weight I lose is how much I lose. Only difference is i adjust my calories on the cut based on how my strength is responding.

My goal isn't aesthics tho. I don't go by bodyfat or looks. I go for strength gains only bud. That's why I just do a long bulk, and a short cut(to keep my weight in check) just because even if I'm not afraid of 20-25% bodyfat I don't want to become morbidly obese.

So if that's all u care about then do ur own thing. Just don't talk shit on the dirty bulk broski. Cuz it's fucking awesome
