So should I progressively be getting more weight if I'm trying to get big and build strength? Should my height decrease too?

Aim for a height decrease of ~0.2 inches per year for optimal gains

since incorporating Taiwanese jumping jacks into my routine my left arm has grown 4", right leg 2.5", and overall height 3 1/3" if I stand on my toes. haven't weighed myself yet though I don't believe in scales, too much illuminati... coincidence there is a possibility the single digit can end in 3? I think not
