You're a funny guy.

Please explain friend.

You think people's goals are to increase their curling weight or improve form when they are pounding out drop sets?

Wasn't aware I said that. I said isn't it the goal to improve with every lift.

I never said anything about form, strength, anything like that.

It was in context with improve your lift.

I doubt they give a shit about their lift.

Confused to what you are even saying.

I said that it's the goal to improve your lift. That could be improving it by adding more weight, better form, more reps, whatever. Pretty sure everyone cares about that.

There's improving your lift to improve your actual lift, and there's improving your lift to improve on your physique, on other transient lifts, on rehab (physiotherapy), etc.

first's the goal as you suggested, the others make it a means.
ps i'm not ur fking friend.

the focus of pause squats is to build strength out of the hole if you get stuck at the bottom

its good to train the entire squat and beneficial to bring up weaknesses with pause squats and box squats etc

iirc pause squats are good for targeting deep stabilizer muscles in the core/chest. so i guess if you should use them if you're a fan of building functional muscle

also, what's with all the pedantic sissy shit in here? man, some of these users are pure cancer, never contributing anything substantial to any thread and just berating others with terribly ignorant and petty nonsense. need to grow up, guys.
