It's got a good vibe.

Try to make guest appearances in larger channels, get shout outs, etc.

Market the shit out of your channel and you'll have a good base to market potential products to.

Then get on with Gym Shark and profit.

That's basically the formula lol.

thanks for the feedback man! we've been trying to post it as many places as possible and getting as many shares on facebook as we can!
we've kind of hit a roadblock on where else we can try and get people to see it however. we're from Calgary Canada so there aren't any popular youtubers around here that we can collab with

interested in some feedback on this :D almost 300 views in 12 hours feels pretty good man

some critiques/criticism, just my opinion...

One of the guys was quiet and difficult to understand at times
There was some fumbling of words especially near the lat pulldowns, try to know what to say before you do the commentary
Too much quiet time...if you are trying to grow a channel you need to get people interested in YOU, people don't want to just watch you lift. There was 2 full sets of OHP where nothing was said. If you dont want to do commentary there maybe have the live recording to hear what is going on.
The outro needs to go, the yelling/zyzz imitation was obnoxious.

Other then that it was a solid video, good length and editing

I'd definitely advise getting a good intro/outro on your videos and having good banner on your home page. Visual advertisement is half the battle. Like others mentioned also make sure to comment on other big channels, get shout outs, collabs etc.

You can pay someone on here with fg to make you a intro/outro, or play around with a video editing system (would benefit your videos too). Take notes from other channels, not so much on the content, but the editing and filming.

Also make sure to add variety in your videos, not just workout videos. Informational videos, supplement reviews and product reviews.

A good, cheap option is to go to fiverr.com and pay someone 5-20 bucks to design an intro/outro and a logo.

Hell I designed my side business company logo as well as the logo's for two of my products for 5 bucks each on there.

And they're pretty damn high quality.
