I felt it coming up on the rep. I'm not really sure how to describe it. But my stomach is like puffed out, like my back has to be bent back right now. II can keep my legs straight and reach down and touch my toes without problem, and I can do a squat without problem, but some positions just hurt. It might be a little more middle back than lower back. I can't do a situp.

I just took a hot/cold shower for like half an hour and I feel a lot better.

It definitely still hurts like when I take in breaths but it's not like borderline unbearable anymore.

I think a doctors trip is in order tomorrow.
