Wonder why, were you hydrated/full bellied before you worked out?
Other than that, try again and see if it happens again
Maybe squats hate you

No I stay hydrated and make sure not to eat at least an hour prior to the gym. I think I was trying to do them 2 fast and I haven't don't squats in months. My legs are pretty sore im going to try again Friday.

Do you ever get light headed from standing up too fast when you're laying down or seated?
Some people are prone to feeling lightheaded due to that, could just be interchanged with doing squats, even moreso since working out exerts energy and allows for the blood circulation to increase.

Yeah I frequently get lightheaded when standing up to fast. Probably have to just stick to leg press.

the light headedness will go away. Every time I do squats after a long layoff I get light headed for the first couple weeks.

Just gottan make sure you don't pass the fuck out. lol

It should go away. It will help to start at a weight you can actually do for reps too lol
