Be asian. have mom buy massive packs of brown rice infinite supply. (never buy cuz azn and old fuck living with parents cuz asian and only make 45k/year cuz fml)
60 eggs, instant 1 min quaker oatmeal, 64 fluid oz worth of cottage cheese, 32 fluid oz worth of plain greek yogurt (for smoothie/ or mix with protein powder for choc mousselike dessert) (every 2 weeks)
4lb chicken breast, 4 broccoli crowns, 2.5 lb lean steak (every week)
gnc 60 wheyabloic protein chocolate (for smoothie/pwo/dont have time to cook 7 (throw away 4 yolks) eggs in morning), frozen strawberries (for smoothie), real peanut butter (large) (for smoothie or just straight up), extra virgin olive oil, 1 gal 1% or 2% milk (for smoothie), gnc fish oil, gnc bcaa (every month)
