the post he linked didn't say anything about db flies

either way, flies work the inner pec.. if you're doing them right.

Smith Machine, I agree. I only see its worth for standing calf raises.

Cable Flies, I disagree. I absolutely love the pinch I get in my chest from them.

CGBP, I disagree, unless you're doing such a radical hand placement like the picture. In that case, you deserve a wrist injury.

Squats, :unsure:

Kickbacks, I'm conflicted. Unless I get the perfect angle, they rape my shoulders. There are plenty other triceps isolations I'd rather do.

pretty sure you cant really target your inner portion of pecs

thought mainly just lower and upper pec

except another portion of pec is towards outer the pectoralis minor or whatever its called

Untrue, I do a specific exercise just for the inner part of my chest, basically just sitting sideways on a hammer strength type machine and pushing toward the opposite side of my body. Works my inner chest and hits triceps as well.

Nah he's not talking a cable machine, he means something more similar to:



but you don't push it upwards, just across your chest w/ your arm bent at @ 90ยบ. Pretty much the same thing as in that video, just not cables and your arms are bent differently but it does work the same muscles
