Frequency isn't that bad.. e6days is pretty low freq but it could be worse.

i'd condense it to a 3 on 1 off, do something like

chest/tris
back/bis
legs/shoulders if you like doing shoulders with legs..

i prefer
chest/shoulders/tris
back/bis
legs/hips
abs eod

ye men lets start lifting with a 6 day split and target abs twice as often as chest

will provide meny resoolts

Well because of my schedule i do it in the morning, or preworkout.

true, sorry

but i dont get how my frequency is not good

i do evrey muscle at least 1 time a week
abs i do 3 times a week
and i do cardio

its not a good frequency.
its the absolute minimum, if at all

well its at least

itheres 5days of rest before doing each muscle again

what would you suggest?
