If you have pain doing squats with lower weights

It's most likely not your form but lower back issues.

Go on the treadmill, put that shit on level 8 incline, put speed at level 3 and walk for 20 minutes

Warm up before any exercise

The problem probably stems from bad posture OR previous lower back injury.

When you squat, try to shoot your elbows to the sky. This straightens your back when you squat.

Focus on weight towards your heels and shoot elbows to the sky // head looking at the ceiling

You need to strengthen your lower back manee.

I forget what they are called but lower back lifts? Where your lower body is stabilized by a pad and you lift your upper body using your back / lower back

Do em. Swim. Fix your posture. Warm up before lifting. Start with low weighrs, focus on keybpoints. Wright towards heels, elbows to the sky, head up

wow thanks a lot for all those tips ill try to use them at the best i can
i thought first of asking a trainer at my gym to check my form and correct it (with lower weigt ofc)
maybe i will drop the amount of set i have to do (i do 6 sets in a progressive way 15,12,8,8,12,15) to 3-4 sets
after this if it still hurt i was going to do more stuff to strenghten the lower back area hoping it would help
and if it still hurt i will have to Watch for more options

i really appreciate the tips

don't listen to those tips what the fuck, it's probably a form issue, no need to warm up, you can pyramid up eg use lighter weighst for 5 reps then add 25lbs do another 5 reps and add another 25lbs until you're at your working set weight, do dynamic stretches (who the fk does cardio on a treadmill srsly) cat camels, lying t-spine rotations, scorpions are all good dynamic sretches that won't weaken you before a workout. don't shoot your fucking elbows up to the sky, keep them in line with your body, drizzyd is a retard. also keeping your head down and neutral with the rest of the spine is the proper way to squat, a lot of ppl do point their heads up though.

the lower back lift he's talking about is called hyperextensions.
