That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard lol. That's really unhealthy. U need to eat whole foods and get ur good healthy macros in every day. U need adequate fat, protein and carbs. Also u need cholesterol, sodium,etc etc. just cuz u only eat veggies doesn't make it healthy.... Lol quite th opposite. U need a balanced diet, and to lose weight just maintain said diet but in a calorie deficit.
