you can shed a LOT of body fat on these diets. but I don't suggest anyone consume ONLY juice. I would use them to supplement an already BALANCED diet.

at 260, I'll bet you lose about 30-40 pounds in the first 45 days if you exercise rigorously.

If you do this, I would suggest you consume some probiotics - water kefir, greek yogurt, etc. Yogurt will provide great protein which you will need. Also look into spirulina. pretty expensive but it has a very good amino acid profile

I'm not new to dieting or anything. I lost 30 lbs last year in a couple of months, eating nothing but mixed veggies and salsa.

I'm just doing this cus it seems healthier and easier. Also, I'm proposing to my girlfriend in early summer and want to be somewhat sexy.

That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard lol. That's really unhealthy. U need to eat whole foods and get ur good healthy macros in every day. U need adequate fat, protein and carbs. Also u need cholesterol, sodium,etc etc. just cuz u only eat veggies doesn't make it healthy.... Lol quite th opposite. U need a balanced diet, and to lose weight just maintain said diet but in a calorie deficit.

this is what all the hipster girls are posting on facebook/instagram right now

think it makes them in shape by eating smoothies only, being a vegan, and not consuming gmo/gluten free items

realistically they got mad diarrhea and only think they feel good because they see other people doing it
