Still thinking about some powerlifting or bodybuilding...once I cut I'll have a better idea of where I'm at

I haven't maxed deadlifts in a while but I squatted 315 for 10 a couple weeks ago

i ask them probably the least important aspect of dieting? by asking them how many times a day they eat? I'm always suprised by the shredded guy who eat 6-8x a day and then i ask how they do it because I cant.

Maybe thats irrelevant. Who knows

People that have been lifting for a while know the things to eat. The hardest aspect of my diet regime is to spread it throughout the course of the day where one eats 6-8 meals a day.

Do you want to hear the cliche answers?

complex carbs in the morning, oatmeal, chobani yogurts with a scoop of whey protein, fruits, nuts

eggs, chicken, occassionaly steak, double chicken chipotle cheat meals, more eggs, protein shakes, steamed vegetables, some more fruits, maybe a protein shake right after i workout and before I make my post-workout meal

Orakpo. How many times do you eat? I have a hard time surpassing 4-5... 5 is the most i can hit. I'm astound by the people who eat 6-8x a day. They certainly eat smaller meals but that takes a lot discipline

He is saying you don't need to eat 6-8x a day...nor even 5. It's okay to eat that frequently, but not at all a prerequisite of getting lean.
