on an incline as in your feet are in plantarflexion? ptfl or deltoid laxity letting the talus slide on the tibfib complex

Wtf did I say ptfl deltoid for. If you hear clicking in plantar flexion it's likely laxity in your atfl, ask your doc to perform anterior drawer of the ankle test on you and if he finds a positive sign you have a stretched anterior talofibular ligament.
