hes not on them yet he just got his order and wasn't sure what to do cuz order wasn't complete.

To answer your question, you should always take Dbol with a test base.... Never take it without... Waste of time and money IMO.

You can however take Dbols by itself, but i wouldn't recommend it.

dbol will completely rekt ur natural test.. so yes having test implemented is a good idea unless you want to feel like complete shit
