vormav wrote the routine for me, it's a lot of sets and 3x a week full body workouts.

Your workouts do seem beginner and low volume, you should tweak that a bit.
maybe vormav will change em up for me in the future if i ask, a lot of the exercises have 5 sets, the volume isn't that low there's over 30 sets per day
