I run a lot so that is enough training for my legs

glad I played football my whole life as lineman so I got fat tree trunk legs..

still neglect legs a lil more than I should

still able to rep 225 w/ ease tho since like 7th grade lol (not a lot lol leg press 5 plates is ez too)

My legs are naturally big so I can do upper body literally every session
