Increase the volume.

This. Soreness will be very limited when your body is used to it.

In my experience, this is only if you just keep doing what youre doing and not increasing weight and going harder everytime... basically being a puss

anyways, just invested in some foam rollers

Soreness goes away after time some

this

it's clear you've just started working out OP, so your body isn't used to the lactic acid buildup. i remember it was pretty rough starting out, but give it a few weeks, you will feel the soreness much less after some time. it'll still be there but it won't be... debilitating.

and you know, "no pain no gain" is more than a shitty cliche, it's actually true. it's a good sign you're starting to make progress. just keep it up

oh.... sorry! i just assumed since you usually hear this coming from people who really JUST started lifting.

well you are obviously working out like a champ if you are still getting that sore after a year. get a lady friend to watch some videos on deep tissue massages and practice on you  they are amazing and do help a lot with soreness.

How much water are you drinking in a day? Don't lie to yourself here.
