leg day is my favorite.. never understood why people hate it. I might like shoulders more though

NEVER skip leg day

leg day is the foundation of good cardio and gains

(L) my leg days, still learning how to squat. Last leg day, I did leg extensions followed by some jogging. It was fucked up and the inner side of my right knee was hurting for a few days after. Thinking about cutting leg extensions out of the program (I heard it can be taxing) and replace it FINALLY by squats.

I was on vacation for a couple months and before that took a break from legs for a few weeks to help knee heal.

I came back and did legs on a Wednesday and I had crazy DOMS until Saturday lol...
