if you've got a refrigerator at work, just bring meals from home.

buy chicken breast in bulk, cook it in a little olive oil, roast some sweet potatoes in olive oil, pan-fry some beans with chopped onions and garlic, maybe even cook them with some red wine and let it reduce to have a nice sauce, then whatever else. easy to make, cheap, delicious, and good macros.

cook a lot of it on the weekends so you have a whole week's worth of meals tupperware'd and ready to go

there's really no such thing as meal replacement. no kind of pill or shake will do for you what whole, fresh foods can nutrition-wise.

/e if you'd like some easy/healthy/cheap recipes feel free to PM me. i'm an extraordinary chef

if we have left overs I do bring them.. however there typically isn't much so I let my wife have first dibs. so rarely if ever is there anything left for me.

Muscle Juice Revolution 2600 is a pretty good product, if you can take the saturated fat.

Gives a decent level of everything you need to get fat as fuck while including your protein.

probably not the best in my situation.. lol. I am maybe 10 pounds overweight but have had issues with my cholesterol being higher than it should be since I was like 16.. I juts recently got put on medication for it so this isn't an option.

i use to get Ideal Shape
costs about 50$ for a 30 serving tub, use promo mrs.r for 5$ off
one of the best from what i've seen, my fav was the strawberry ( i'm not a chocolate person as it is, but their chocolate tastes like cardboard, has a weird texture and leaves an odor in your shaker cup ). they claim 3 hours of hunger free, and from my experience it's fairly accurate. lotta people here gonna hate on these shakes, but i know life sometimes doesn't allow for a meal. be sure to read nutritional facts first.

I ordered some of this to try.

I know there are better options including but not limited to eating actual food, but I am trying to find something I will actually stick to and I feel like this is better than nothing.. also hopefully it keeps me full so I ain't so tempted by all the junk food in my office.

Not sure if this helps at all, but it's not necessary to eat "lunch." If you're struggling to do it, then just leave it. As long as you compensate for that loss at other meals, it's fine. The reason I'm saying this is incase you're stressing over "missing" lunch.

e.g.

Goal is 2500 calories

consume 1k

consumed 500

consume 1k

When and how you do it is pretty much irrelevant, as long as it's being accomplished (don't actually follow that example, though).

If you're set on having something for lunch, consider just making sandwiches ahead of time. Get some deli meat (in packages or from a deli) and just slap a sandwich together. It shouldn't take much longer than 2 minutes, tbh. If you're set on powders, it depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking to get a lot of calories, consider a weight gainer (personally not a fan). You can also consider just having some whey and add something into it (peanut butter, PB2, whatever the hell else you might enjoy in whey).

You completely took him out of context. He means for one extra meal. The rest would be prepared. A 5.75 cents sub that is 1000 calories is not a bad deal if you are lacking in the day.

with this I would be eating real food, like a box of oranges/two pounds of meat/12 cups greens, almonds etc

wtf a subway is, that price is leisure

Q@ op, why don't you just bring food to the office? there's lunch-boxes you can buy that keep your food cold
