basically those 2 are your best options. it's not about being a bodybuilding guru and experienced jsp poster, it's simple biology. i'm sure you've noticed how doing squats alone can feel like a cardio workout, because the most effective cardio comes from exercise that includes stimulating the quads, since they're the biggest muscle in your body.
