I used to have anal bleeding...I think it probably was due to me suddenly going from not shitting very often (e.g. low fiber diet) to a very high fiber diet with very frequent shits...as a result my anus was not adequately prepared and the high frequency shits tore something. Eventually when my anus got used to shitting regularly it healed.

It could be an anal fistula, I had one, but didn't bleed that much. When I wiped there was blood on the paper. Can be solved with a minor surgery.

You sit when you pee...?

Well I live in an apartment which is technically one huge fully detached house divided into 4 sections so I've got the first floor and attic (converted into an apartment floor) while my neighbour has the ground floor and basement (converted to apartment floor)

My bedroom is upstairs with an en suite bathroom the problem is the roof is triangularpyramid shaped if you know what I mean.. it slopes downwards so at its highest point its high but at the lowest points you can't even crouch.

my toilet is right up against the wall so either I have to crouch and pee (its like 4 feet high) or sit and pee.


TL/DR : Yes I sit and pee when I use my upstairs bathroom
