isolated machine movement with no pressure on joints. Stretch, warm up and shouldn't do anything to your knees at all, how Is leg extensions high risk???

Extensions have more joint stress on the patella than heavy squats.

For growth Squats > deads by a long shot.

So you need 3 exercises to ''beat'' the squat? I think you have just made the squat look better than the exercises you have listed lol.
