Alright...consensus is to build more muscle...so bulk...I guess it makes sense now that I've read you say it so many times.

I'm travelling a lot...so not much opportunity to lift weight...so I guess I'll lift when I can and eat a lot while I do. Rest of the time I guess I'll either maintain or keep really slow cutting.

I was an idiot (I was new to lifting and fitness and didn't know any better T_T) and ate WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY more then I needed to...so basically I put on shitloads of excess fat early on right when I started lifting...like think 20 lbs in a month...I went from 180 to 220 in like no time...

My weight was like this:

Nov 7: 180 lbs
Dec 1: 196 lbs
Jan 3: 210 lbs
Feb 1: 218 lbs

This is how stupid I was...I was like...oh I need to bulk...ok lets eat SHITLOADS...not even thinking about much I needed based on my training regimen.

Now thank god I know better...so when I bulk again...it's now going to be MUCHHHHHHHH slower...

u want abs i get it, but ur ffm is too tiny to stick through the skin. so unless you tear off your skin, or build some muscle you won't see them anytime soon.
if you mad bulked to 220 you prolly did it wrong. do it gradually. if you don't know how, get someone to help you.

Idk what happened. I also over dirty bulked and went to 220. I'm only 6'1. I never got rolls or anything my gut just got big as fuck lol. I was making good strength gains tho. I cut to 180. And am now back to 205 lol.

But tbh dude why the fuck are u cutting... FUCK your stomach u need to pack on some muscle. Do a clean bulk if u wish, and stick to it for atleast 6 months of consistent heavy lifting and clean bulking. Don't even worry about body fat until u have a decent muscle base. That's just my opinion. Idc about being lean at all until I'm satisfied with my strength/mass. Cutting is super easy and once I have the gains I want, then and only then will I cut.
