Alright...consensus is to build more muscle...so bulk...I guess it makes sense now that I've read you say it so many times.
I'm travelling a lot...so not much opportunity to lift weight...so I guess I'll lift when I can and eat a lot while I do. Rest of the time I guess I'll either maintain or keep really slow cutting.

I was an idiot (I was new to lifting and fitness and didn't know any better T_T) and ate WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY more then I needed to...so basically I put on shitloads of excess fat early on right when I started lifting...like think 20 lbs in a month...I went from 180 to 220 in like no time...
My weight was like this:
Nov 7: 180 lbs
Dec 1: 196 lbs
Jan 3: 210 lbs
Feb 1: 218 lbs
This is how stupid I was...I was like...oh I need to bulk...ok lets eat SHITLOADS...not even thinking about much I needed based on my training regimen.
Now thank god I know better...so when I bulk again...it's now going to be MUCHHHHHHHH slower...
