This. Do you even know if Nike free runs are suitable?? They are an extremely flexible show only intended for neutral feet, while these would be completely unsuitable for someone with overprontation for example.

A local running store I go to has very well trained staff, and I walk out with a great pair of shoes for $150. But I do a minimum of 50 miles a week, so if you really want to go cheap and you don't do much mileage - then buy whatever you want.
