i assume you dont workout regularly so then you went to a gym and got one of those moron trainers (not your fault) who push people to this point because they dont know what theyre doing.
i dontt think theres anything you can do... expect maybe some light conditioning and low impact conditioning like riding a bike and hopefully get some good blood flow and help your soreness.
besides that, assuming u did no real damage youre just going to have to wait like 3-5 days..
reading stories like this annoy me (not the person that got trained, but instead the trainer that pushed someone to this point when its probably pretty clear you dont workout regularly)
@ the crossfit comment, lolololol ya theyre notorious for making people puke or rip their hands day 1 to show them what a "real" workout is
